Inept as Icing Interview

Billy Chia has a fun Blog that seems to focus on Church Worship and Culture. We met when I performed at his church. This was a very spontaneous meeting and it lasted only moments. I really enjoyed the writing style and content that I later found on his Blog "Inept as Icing". He was also kind enough to review the OneWay DVD for me. There are dozens of these little interviews floating around the internet, maybe someday I will take the time to list them all on my website. Until then... Enjoy.

Sacrifice Journal SOLD OUT!

Standard Publishing published a journal featuring some of my artwork. The idea came from parents constantly telling me that their kid is a great artist but all they do is sit around drawing cartoons. This book is peppered with devotional thoughts and sketches but also has a ton of blank pages. Learn more

This is just a list of some of the crazier stuff that I have done. It is by no means comprehensive, just what I am able to think of off the top of my head. The guy in the picture here is David Crowder. He and I have worked together 20 or 30 times in the past decade and it is always a blast. Check it out.

Mike Lewis included in new wakeboarding film "Transgression"

Transgression from Sidewayz Video was nominated for Best Editing, Best Soundtrack, Best Core Film, and WON Best Cinematography at the X-Dance action Sports Film festival 2008! This amazing film was shot on location in Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, Idaho, California, Florida, New York, and The Dominican Republic. Some scenes include the performance art of Mike Lewis. Personal Artwork

(Artwork other than Jesus Paintings) This is a collection of artwork that I have done in my spare time. I get asked frequently if I can paint anything besides Jesus. Well... here is your answer. Some of my favorite works are the etchings. These are done by acid etching a zinc plate in a controlled fashion and then inking it. Check them out!

Lewis Wedding

Brazil Mission Trip

Anne and I went to Brazil in September 06 and we are in the process of preparing for the next trip. Soon we will be organizing trips to the Dominican Republic and you are invited.
